Neon City ("we", "us", "our") operates as a custom LED neon sign manufacturer and retailer. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. These terms apply to all orders placed through neoncity.in or via our WhatsApp business line. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; the version active at the time of your order applies.

All Neon City signs are handcrafted to order using premium LED neon flex and UV-grade acrylic materials. We offer three product lines:

• Standard Neon — Classic LED neon flex on acrylic backing. Available in single or 2–3 colour configurations.

• FlorFlex — Embedded multicolour LED lighting with programmable colour cycling and control via a smart remote. Vibrant, premium quality.

• UV Acrylic Board — UV-printed acrylic artwork with illuminated neon-style outlines. These are art pieces and are shipped pre-assembled and ready to hang.

All products are made to order and may require 7–21 business days depending on complexity.

Product images displayed on this website are for illustrative and representational purposes only.

⚠️ Actual product colour, finish, and glow intensity may slightly vary from the images shown due to differences in photography lighting, screen calibration, and the nature of LED light diffusion.

For FlorFlex products, the colour cycling behaviour may appear different depending on the environment in which the sign is installed.

If you require a pre-production colour sample or a digital mockup of your sign, please contact us before placing your order.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes and GST.

Pricing is calculated based on the physical dimensions of your sign:

• Standard Neon: ₹1,000 per square foot

• FlorFlex: ₹2,000 per square foot

• UV Acrylic Board: ₹2,500 per square foot

For custom text orders, pricing is calculated letter by letter (spaces are excluded from the measurement).

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order confirmation is the price you will be charged. Discounts and promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

Shipping charges:

• Orders below ₹4,000 — ₹200 flat shipping charge

• Orders ₹4,000 and above — FREE shipping across India

Estimated delivery timelines:

• Standard Neon: 7–12 business days

• FlorFlex: 10–14 business days

• UV Acrylic Board: 7–10 business days

• Custom text/logo orders: 14–21 business days

Delivery is through reputed courier partners including Delhivery, Blue Dart, and Shiprocket. A tracking link will be sent via WhatsApp and email upon shipment.

Neon City is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or other events outside our control. We do not ship to international destinations at this time.

All Neon City signs are made to order and are non-refundable once production has commenced.

Exceptions:

• If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs. We will arrange a free replacement or repair.

• If we made an error in your order (wrong text, wrong colour), we will replace it at no charge.

• Cancellations are accepted within 2 hours of order placement. After that, your order enters our production queue and cannot be cancelled.

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect size selection by the customer

• Minor colour variation (see Product Images clause above)

• Signs that have been installed or modified

All Neon City products come with a 1-year manufacturing warranty from the date of delivery.

The warranty covers:

• Defects in LED flex or driver circuitry

• Premature failure of LED lighting (not caused by misuse)

• Structural defects in the acrylic mounting

The warranty does not cover:

• Physical damage from drops, impacts, or water exposure (unless you purchased the IP67 waterproof add-on)

• Damage caused by incorrect voltage or power supply

• Wear from outdoor use without outdoor-rated specifications

• Signs modified or repaired by third parties

To claim warranty, contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and a description/photo of the issue.

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept:

• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM)

• Debit & Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex)

• Net Banking

• Wallets

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

Payment is required in full at the time of order. Your order will not enter production until payment is confirmed. All transactions are secured by bank-grade 256-bit SSL encryption through Razorpay's PCI-DSS compliant platform.

Neon City does not store any card or payment information on its servers.

Custom text and logo orders require a design approval step before production begins.

Process:

1. You place your order and provide your text or logo file

2. We generate a digital preview and send it to you within 24 hours

3. You approve the design (or request changes — up to 2 revisions are included)

4. Production begins only after your written approval

Lead time for custom orders: 14–21 business days from design approval.

Custom orders are non-refundable once design approval has been given and production has started. Please ensure all spelling, names, and specifications are correct before approving.

When you upload a logo or artwork to Neon City for a custom order, you confirm that you own or have the rights to use that artwork commercially.

Neon City retains the right to photograph finished signs for use in marketing and portfolio materials (including social media and the website), unless you explicitly request confidentiality at the time of ordering.

All product designs created exclusively by Neon City (pre-designed catalog products) remain the intellectual property of Neon City and may not be reproduced or resold without permission.

Neon City's total liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the value of that specific order.

We are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential loss

• Loss of profit, revenue, or opportunity

• Damage to your premises or property from sign installation

• Any third-party claims

Neon signs are electrical products. Please follow all safety guidelines included with your sign. Do not use damaged signs and keep away from water unless rated for outdoor use. Neon City is not responsible for injuries or damage resulting from improper installation or use.
